But sometimes it may put it in my mind
My therapists
My psychiatrist
My home
My family
My mindset
My LIFE
Change should be a word
As meaningful as depression
Because to have a new therapist for every session
How are you supposed to feel?
When it seems everyone around you is just on a reel
You can pull them out at any point
But you need to think
About others feelings of joy
