She's living with a man and he's
not doing anything for her.
Except making himself scarce,
his presence is always a blur.

She calls me when she need things
and I'm suppose to understand.
He's the baby's daddy but he's not
willing to be the man.

I don't talk to her much now and
I think I know why.
I'm not making money anymore
so she told my heart goodbye.

I got caught up in an accident and
for me everything had to change.
She's taking it personal by acting
real strange.

I thought we were going to be the
best of the best.
She's saying love without the money
she can now care less.

My love hasn't change for them and
I'm the same old man.
All I want to do is see my kids and
she doesn't care to understand.
