It's there
That familiar shape
At my fingertips
That unforgettable taste
Between my lips,
A longing
Finally appeased
But then replaced
By a new yearning,
Every breath
Unfiltered love
Deeply inhaled
Softly expelled,
The cool air
And the warmth clashing
Like snow and fur
Time and space watching
I trace every surface
Lik a friend
That never stays long,
But oh how
Her presence lingers
In all the corners
Felt but unseen,
An enchanting spell
Clutched to my heart unbroken...
