May 2014
I use to look at her with a frown
Until I found her life story written down

Everybody talked and everybody listened
Some how the truth always went missing
She was more than accused
Head to toe she was bruised
Tears on the inside
Lies on the out
Everyone talked about her
And made her doubt
The beauty she had
Made other girls mad
Only I saw how strong she could be
Til one day
She said this will be the death of me

Nobody would listen
Or pay her attention
A cold body on the floor
With a list of confessions
This was the first time
Her name didn't get mentioned
