Tell me to wait...
Tell me to wait and I will
preferring the hope
over taking the pill
Tell me one day you’ll come back
and I will sit here
surviving on hope away from the pack
Tell me you’ll always be mine
and I’ll live on the memories
of dinner and wine
Just tell me one day you’ll pull through
you’ll disband your demons
and go back to just you
Tell me to wait and I will
because being without you
brings a pain I can’t ****
