Worthwhile
It’s all happening so fast
The panting breath, roaming hands
The clothes strewn floor, tangled limbs
I know this isn’t what we planned
But it’s happening now and I want to say
Before you quietly sneak away
I don’t regret a single thing
I only wish that you could stay
And when I pass you by
We’ll share a secret little smile
And relive those fiery moments
That made it all worthwhile
