Sound it out.
My poems are of you
I wonder if you knew
But just what would you do
If I wrote of someone new?
How would it make you feel
To read the words so real
"I'm moving on
now that you're gone.
I've said it plain as day."
Would you cringe at the sight?
Would you stay up at night?
To know my love for you
may fade away?
No, you would be fine.
It's me who's out of line.
But I'll get mine.
