Do You See Her

do you see her

the girl in the mirror

with her head hanging low

the tears dripping down her face

her body is shivering

it's cold in her room

her knees up to her chest

she's rocking herself back and forth

crying out loud

wondering why her

why this had to happen

on that cold previous night

with someone she would've never thought

someone who stole her soul

ripped it out her body
