I still remember
the first time we talked
From the start
we had a great connection
Over a few short months
we became inseparable
But then September 16th hit  
That was the day everything changed
All that we had gone through together was thrown away
It is almost as if you forgot about
How we met, the summer nights together, our first kiss, the letters
everything
Now I can only hope
