Age
It's inevitable to be forgettable
no matter what print you leave
it'll wash away with the new
the new generation
will leave you on your ***
asking yourself what happened.
Where did the stereo go?
where did the youth disappear to
underneath the bags in your eyes
the crumbling fingernails
and the rusting nails holding together
plywood.
holding itself together.
Holding
on
tight.
