You won't care until I'm dying

I have a hole in the crook of my arm where they drained me of my blood
They're wondering just what exactly is wrong with me

This may sound morbid
But I know that unless I'm dying
                             You won't care

So my body is killing itself
Because it's just as tired as I am of you not caring.
