Never again
Will my body
Be caressed
Or cared for
Nor shall it
Be seen again
My body will rot
And die
Thinking
Of the lover
Who took me
Fiercely
And often
Who i shared
Passion with
Who i experimented with
Who i let teach me
And who i moaned for
Whose name i whimpered for
The lover who is one of a kind
Who i let try things that hurt
And things that felt amazing
No matter how nervous
The lover who
I said those three words to
That lover
Who i will never
Get to make love to again
That lover who no longer exists.
