He sits on a stool in the far corner of the bar
stirring his whiskey sour.

Finally he feels the warm buzz he's been
chasing for hours.

"She's probably with him right now",he mumbles
to himself.

His eyes fix on an aged bottle of scotch up
on the top shelf.

The drink won't rinse away the dirt going
on in his life

Nor rekindle the undying love he once felt
from his wife.

Twenty two years, three kids, and one dog

He hangs his head over the glass and
wonders what went wrong.

Closing time was creeping up slow

He orders one more shot before
its time to go.

The jukebox plays a soft country song

He downs the last drops, grabs his coat
and he's gone.

Where's he gonna go though?

He can't go home

He knows he'd **** them both
if he caught them alone.

The buzz is too strong for him to drive
but still he starts his car.

He thinks He'll be alright, a friend doesn't
live too far.

Rain pours down out of nowhere,he squints
and struggles to see.

It stops as quickly as it started and its as
clear as can be.

But It's too late .He puts his hands
over his eyes

His car crashes head on with another
and smoke fills the skies

She let's her "secret" lover out the back door and waits for her husband to come home

But little does she know she'll be spending
the night and maybe the rest of her life ...
