Darkness envelops me as usual,
alone this room,
I lie with silence,
it's pitch
& I'm beginning
to like it this way.

My thoughts
seem disjointed,
I hear you faintly,
your strong desire screams
her hot-demands,
begging me to succumb
but my heart,
cracked behind repair,
has already signed off
on your epitaph.

A stream of lonely tears
lands on my empty sheets,
crying here solo,
soaked in a sea of sadness.
