Started with the light,
Ended with a fight.
Formulated with questions,
Tested with actions.

A being with a weird aura,
Making me tremble with an unusual flora.
Lockjawed and frozen,
She is a being worth knowing.

I lay my eyes into yours,
You lay yours with a smile.
A smile that makes everything fine,
Maybe the time has come to redefine.

I moved a step closer,
Thinking it would be brighter.
From the get-go it got better,
I stepped one more time by making a letter.

You frowned as I gave it to you,
Your friends smiled as i said "i love you".
But you threw it and walked away,
Leaving me there looking like a dog in the rain.

I thought that our mind crossed,
But instead you decided to stop.
I asked myself "why?".
Thinking that this was all a huge lie.

A certain thing that everyone is risking for,
To move forward or just to stay put.
