Not a splatter
nor a smear
just a single tone
of the solitary colour
that shall never be outshone
It is but a veil
masking the genuine hues
of crimson and onyx
that the rain clouds brew
It's chaos and tumult
pandemonium, disarray
masked behind the veil
that lights up my day.
