Heart breaker

In life we have highs

In life we have lows

I was high on love

Nothing could go wrong

Then one day she was gone

She pops up every now and then

All of a sudden d sun shines again

The spark always returns when she is there

And suddenly she's gone again

The darkness always returns when she is gone

Such nonsense

Like a shattered vase my heart breaks

I await her return

Patiently I wait

Hoping life would once again make sense

Hoping love will once again walk through the doors

Who am I kidding

I should know better

It is nothing but a mirage

She left a long time ago

Only returning every now and then

To break my heart all over again.
