A butterfly
The ballerina danced
Amidst the forest of people
Who swayed back and forth
In laughter and awe
As she flapped her wings
And flew towards the sky
For she had her heart set
On the moon
She flew so far
She no longer heard
The praises of her success
Forever lost
In the echoes of trees
