But as a friend I notice things

See, Kaci’s always been shy
She never seemed to enjoy the spotlight
But after she started dating Ty
She’s becoming confident, taking flight

Kortni’s been through hell and back
With guys who never treat her right
But now she’s with Jacob, a real nice guy
And she’s a lot happier, it’s quite a sight

Miriyam’s alway been laid back
Though kind of eccentric, without a doubt
But her boyfriend Nuno lives a bit far away
So to me, she kind of seems stressed out

Nathanael has always been my friend
Someone on who I could always depend
But we stopped talking when Jocelyn came in
And our friendship came to a sudden end

Relationships can be really good
But they can be really bad
I don’t feel I have much right to say
