Life is back on track again.
I'm so glad I got it
out of my system.

It's hard to focus
when my dam fills
up to the brim.

Cracks begin to appear
before the dam-buster
shows up to
release my buildup.

Once its expended,
normalcy begins the day
or night, whichever,
it's business as usual,
and life is good again.
