Fairy of Grief and Woe
Wings of silver crest upon her dainty shoulders
Poised for glorious flight
With glowing eyes like fiery embers
Watching you in the night
A tiny face peering out from secret places
You do not think to look
Is watching every move you make
From her hidden nook
In the smallest hand, one has ever seen
She holds a golden key
If she thinks, you see her there
She will fly to me
Her silver wings will fly straight away
Swiftly, carry her to me
She must hide away from everyone
Her lovely golden key
If you think, you see her secretly hid away
Do not ever let her know
As the key she holds in her tiny hands
Unlocks grief and woe
