The gentle rain falls down my face
Expressionless, yet full of despair
The rain having a wretched taste
An unwanted experience to share
Hoping the rain washes the misery away
Leaving my world lifeless and dull
As everything is colorless and only grey
It never leaves, leaving me miserable
Oh rain, rain, please leave be alone
It’s difficult to explain how I feel
These feelings, I can’t condone
The pain, the sorrow, seems unreal
