Jan 2014
Standing alone at the edge of oblivion.
Looking out at the ever present darkness.
Behind me is the beautiful sound of a child's laughter.
So innocent and full of life's light.
This doesn't move me in the slightest.
I ready myself for the final steps.
A smile sits rigidly on my stone face.
I plunge into eternity's infinite ocean.
Quietly I fade to black.
Release.
