So sweet
It’s a lie
It’s sour, salty
And bitter
Like water
With bacon grease
Bubbling to the top
They expect her to swallow
With a smile on her face
The way she swallows
Her sadness
Letting it coat her intestines
The blockages
Embryonic emotions
In hibernation
As warrants
For soul arrest
