Truth be told, I'm a wanderer
I'm a wanderer in thoughts
But, my feet stay their place

Truth be told, I'm too young
Too young to talk of marriage and family
But, we talk about it, anyway.

Truth be told, I'm not sure what I'm doing
What I'm doing is repetitive
But, it is a cycle I cannot seem to break

Truth be told, I'm afraid
I'm afraid I won't be happy in the future
But, I hold onto hope

Truth be told, I want to travel and write
I want to travel the world around
But, money is next to nothing

Truth be told, life is large and wonderful
Wonderful and scary, too
But, I smile as if to say "I'm okay"

Truth be told, I'm not okay.
