   listen to the silence of night
and the sounds of the crickets;
away from the city
the strikes and the pickets-

night has fallen
on the big meadow
children running to and fro;
crickets churning
gas lights burning,
tranquil nighttime
here at last.
Papst Blue Ribbon
near the end;
sandman time
around the bend.
