Dec 2013
when I pass a mirror
and happen to glance into it
I do not recognize the face reflected there
I do not recognize the dark eyes
or the full cheeks
or the small mouth
how am I supposed to belong somewhere,
with someone,
doing something,
if I do not even belong in my own body?
