Dec 2013
Following in the footsteps
of a lady dressed in white
not quite day
not quite night
We reach a pearly car
pop open the trunk
Startled by the cow skull
gazing up
from within
then she howls at the moon
I do too
as if our savage
insides
want to be
let
loose
