You moved
inside of me,
and I sheltered you
from your
self-made winter.

You left icicles
spiking below my *******
so I tended my fire
and melted away
your thick walls of frost.

We moved through
summer to autumn,
autumn to winter
and now
in the cold
our frozen breath,
laughing at each other,
My very best friend.
