Dear Blue bird

Dear blue bird,

Tears drop as I hold you,

You’ve become an eclipse,

And I don’t know what to do.

Dear blue bird,

Why are you always flying away from me?

Like ivy distance grows,

I’m an eclipse too, can’t you see?

Dear blue bird,

Stop making promises you can’t keep.

The fire of pain spreads in the night

And I can’t go to sleep.

Dear blue bird,

Tell me why, oh why

Your beady eyes are dead

And I’ll never be able to call you mine.

Dear blue bird,

Keep.

Your.

Secrets.
