The Photos We Never Took

by SymphonyOfSilence

I barely have a picture with you, Never one with just us two. But... I remember the moments, The good and the bad, More than any picture could capture. The day we met forever etched in my brain, And every smile since, Blessedly burned to my eyes. Time after time, Adventure calls. We answered with devious smiles, Ready to run amok, together. I always forget to take pictures, Too lost in the moment to care. I never cared to take pictures, I always thought you'd be there.
