I need to go somewhere
I need to find somewhere
to be
There are so many journeys,
but so many worries
Holding me to succeed

And I need to
find my way
across the obstacles
I need to be
the girl I was supposed to be
but this is not me

I’m trapped in a life
that was not meant to be
I need my real mom
I need my dignity

you’re holding me back
And I’m getting off track
worrying about, you
I need to live my own life
It’s just so hard to be nice
when I can’t be on my own.

And I need to
find my way
across the obstacles
I need to be
the girl I was supposed to be
but this is not me

I’m trapped in a life
that was not meant to be
I need my real mom
I need my dignity
