story as old, as yesterday's news, but forever true, hardly even friends, than someone's spirit yields, suddenly , just a slight change, a  large split in the distrust wall, that will fall, neither heart yet prepared to receive, strangers when we meet. ever guarded the emotions, yet the same, never  as before, and struggling past doubt for sure, as the sun of touch will rise in us,story as old as yesterday's news, yet not old as time, tune  sweet like song, bittersweet, yet new, finding out that doubt can vanish, slipping past the right or wrong, feelings certain as the stars, story as old as yesterday's news, like song, bittersweet, yet strangers when we meet
