Order to employees of the state of California to void and vacate judgement of citation and fines associated with fraud and violation of free concerning matters on docket for one Kevin John Mathenia

During civil rights violations beneath a court ruling of fraud concerning homekey, roomkey and step up in thousand oaks assembly bills

As Obstructions are removed by one Kevin John Mathenia and my freedoms and liberties are restored by my singular labor no cause can be held to pursue these crimes in a court of law.  These crimes being abused of power, failure to yield and let pass and obstruction of free speech and failure to follow verbal and write declaration as order in the United States of America

Order for restitution from the state is issued forthwith.
