Lord, help us to trust in you,
Wisdom help us to pursue:
Help us show love for others,
As you show love for us too.

When life has its ups and downs,
And we find it hard to live,
Stabilize our lives then, Lord,
Help us know how to forgive.

With your help, Lord we'll triumph,
Living as you want us to:
Give us needed endurance
That holiness we'll pursue.

Merciful Lord, please help us,
Put temptations underfoot:
A true wise way of living
Into our minds, Lord there put.
