To change a habit is to spark a quiet war within—
a battle between who we are and who we long to be.

It takes a brave heart, an armoured mind,
and a fire strong enough to burn through comfort and delay.

We must outgrow our fears, step past our limits,
and dare to choose the harder path strewn with thorns.

As William James said,
"If you can change your mind, you can change your life."

And it all begins
with one bold push
beyond the boundaries we once called home.
