Repression
your hands ran through my buzzed hair
then reached into my cheap shirt
caressing muscles honed in jail
like a kitten, i could have purred
i loved the girl who gave pain
exchanged for love that's now hate
you were selfish and so toxic
you broke my heart and let it rot
