I now lay alone in this starless hell,
Where silence hurts more than I care to tell.
You rest beside him, the one who enjoys your hurt.
And I wonder if you miss me and if you ever cared for my hug

You speak of healing and time to mend,
Yet return each night to the one who won’t bend.
Our vows, once whispered in softest tone,
Now gone like leaves the wind has blown.

But even in torment in pinnacle of my pain,
My heart still whispers your sacred name.
And should you reach, and say my name slow,
I’d walk through fire just to know—
That you still feel what once we knew,
A love so intense, so raw, so true.
My warmth won't fade when my flesh is gone,
It lingers, eternal, it carries on.

For love like mine won’t break or sever—
It burns in silence… always, forever.
