I crave being next to you when I sleep.
I yearn to watch you dress.
I miss kissing you when you leave—
Without you in my eyes, I hate what's left.

I want you to consume me,
To swallow me whole.
I need you to see it all:
My new things, and how my room now glows.

I want to show the strength of my shoulders,
And how my arms can lift you up.
Because Heaven is made for two,
And my poetry is only made for you.
