If I had hammer, I'd hit you on the head.
If I had a hammer, I'd hit you til your dead.

If I had a car, I'd drive right over you.
If I had a car, I'd hit your family too,

These violent acts I write about, that happen every day.
Building up, over time, With all you think and say.

In place of smashing down, with a hammer on his head.
Allowing him to live his life, Instead of being dead.

Take the car you're driving, and give them all a ride.
Not driving over anyone, not even those who lied.

It would be, so nice, if all the world could see.
How smiles from a stranger, grows feelings deep in me.

Seeing someone you don't know, blast them with a grin.
The love that is created, allows you both to win.
