You watch the storm as I observe you think,
Lightning reflected in eyes dark as ink.
Deep oceans rage where I long to drown,
Pulled by the tide of your presence pulling me down.

The winds growl with hunger, but love makes me stay,
I'll shelter your heart when the sky fades to gray.
I'll write with my lips on your forehead delight,
Of how your mouth tastes like heaven in the warm night.

My hands need to dance on the curves of your skin,
Tracing soft rhythms where our passion begins.
Your bed is my mercy, a prayer I confess,
A home where my restless soul finds its rest.
