Before there was you,
I would wander this world in silence.
I'd wonder if I would ever find my light.
My eye of the hurricane, my calm before the storm.
Would there ever be someone willing to love me through it all.
Not just the good days.
But someone willing to fight for me, for us, for them.

Life before you was dull. It had no character. Fighting day to day for a moment of happiness to come my way.
Trying to find a spark in my life.
Yet there you are, like a small ember.

Growing ever larger, the longer i let it sit there undisturbed.
Your very existence starts to consume my mind.
I find my world to be more colorful then I had once thought.
You bring light to my once dark world.
No longer do I sit wondering what the world looks like,
When looking in your eyes all my questions are answered.
