If I could throw a spear, I know where it would land.
Not at the one who left, but at the hand
That clings to ghosts, that won’t let go,
That feeds on dreams now cracked and cold.

For the one who breaks me is none but me,
Loving a heart that won’t beat free.
It’s not her love that tears me apart,
But my own thoughts, my own heart.
