Moonlight weeps upon my face,

A lonely serenade, a sorrowful pace.

The stars above, a distant hum,

A reminder of the emptiness that's come.

Memories of joy, now faded gray,

Echoes of laughter, lost in yesterday.

The fire that once burned, a warm and golden light,

Now reduced to embers, a dying, flickering sight.

In this dark and silent night,

I search for solace, a guiding light.

But like a ghost, it vanishes from sight,

Leaving me with nothing, but this endless, hollow night.

Tears fall like the rain,

A melancholy refrain.

For in the shadows, I am lost and alone,

Forever searching, for a home...
