Lungs of steel, for I have met her gaze
One brow curls up as I try to get away
Those disgusting light-brown pearls
set my guts aflame
Tightly closed jaws judge me
harder than any words

she plagues my mind
hurting when i long to rest
witty thing she is
ruining my sanity
all cozy and safe in my brain
I vow by her end

To plot that day again
And greet her like I owe
With a devilish snarl
Lusting for vengeance
Her pale face covered in awe
for the horror that unravels
Making the final blow

I stopped wondering why
the pondering makes me
crave that day
More than she’ll ever know
pondering too much is never healthy
