Jesus On The Cross (Accrostic Poem)
J
esus as you hung with arms outstretched
E
ven as you were rejected time and time again
S
omehow you loved us so much that you would give your life
U
nconditional unsurpassed love would win
S
in couldnβt hold you, death had lost its power
O
ver and over you showed us love
N
ailed on a cross between two thieves
T
hree days later you came back
H
ell could not hold you; Heaven rejoiced
E
veryone could not believe so easily
C
arrying that cross to Calgary I canβt imagine
R
idiculed, beaten, ripped and torn
O
ur sins you took upon yourself
S
o that we might have new life; so that we might be:
