Bottled Sunshine
Crack one for the mountaintops
And the hills that bleed of boredom
Roll one for the desert sand
And the girls that face toward them
Say none of the days that gone
And dried up in the sun
Driving down the interstate
Back to our place called home
Lord I found some bottled sunshine
Makes the shameful sparkle fade away
In all my dreams, youβre far away from me
Inside you know weβre all dead
A poem that became the lyrics to a new song I wrote of the same name!
