Oct 2013
it burns low
within the four corners of the little room.
it burnt an entire house down once.
it burnt in my chest when i danced.
and when I blew out the candle,
my hope dwindled.
when I carried the 2 candles,
lighted with fire
into my room,
one blew off.
hitherto the next candle's flame
burns low,
I wait and watch.
