Twisted
You seal our fates
and cloak it in love, a lie
Limiting all we can become
Silencing who we are
You call us twisted
but aren't we just children
as you once were?
Humans, as you claim to be?
We knew nothing
of the world
until you taught us what cruelty meant
Iām open to any feedback/critique whether positive or negative! I'm here to share my poetry, read others' poetry and improve my craft.
