Is it almost an insult to you
A low-value me
Thinking anything could possibly be
Do you laugh and mock
At the foolish groupie
If you happen to look
What do you see?
I can only look from my inside view
Thinking I have something of value
To offer you
I am just a joke
I know this to be true
But funny may be something
In your life, you could use
In your serious business
Of blowing your flute
In any event
I offer my fruit
It’s yours
To use
Whether or not
You choose
